kay, so what to do if you are bored and you feel like you don't wanna work or study... However, you still wish to be productive and don't wanna "waste" time.
ake a list of what things can fall into this category and what cannot. It can actually be really huge and have lots of subcategories - for example, indoor and outdoor activities, with friend(s) or alone... You can do different things each time or you can pick up a couple of "aims" for a month and work on them. Say, finish a book, learn a new language or loose some weight...
nd in a "black list", write the stuff that you shouldn't be doing when you are bored. For example, I lately watch TV shows, movies or random youtube videos... That's not good - for me, if I don't benefit out of it, than its a pure waste of time. That's why you should be having something ready for you, so that you don't feel bad after spending hours on nothing.
ne last important note: make sure that these activities are actually fun for you, because it is boring and you consider it as just another work - you will not do it. For example, finish a SCI-FI book, sing some karaoke in French and dance or play Wii to loose weight :) Good luck!
